This creamy gorgonzola dressing guys… it is seriously divine. It’s my all-time favorite creamy dressing… so good, I wouldn’t mind eating it with a spoon or as a dip with celery and carrot sticks. But I usually enjoy it over a delicious Classic Wedge or grilled buffalo chicken salad.
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup Gorgonzola blue cheese crumbles, plus 1 tbsp for top
- 3 Tablespoon half & half
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons dried chives
- 10 grinds black pepper
- Add all the ingredients to a small bowl, stirring until well combined.
- Chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
- Top with extra gorgonzola cheese before serving.
